Project Overview
As the first student designer hired by Campus Ink in 2014, I embarked on a journey to revolutionize the way student designers operated on college campuses. My role involved developing a scalable program, focusing on UI/UX and product design, and creating a comprehensive CRM system.

STRATEGY
Program Development:
- Initiated as the first student designer at Campus Ink in 2014, focusing on revolutionizing the student designer role on college campuses.
- Scaled the program from 30 students on 8 campuses to 250 students on 75 campuses, generating $4 million annually.
CRM System Development:
- Created a comprehensive CRM system for sales managers and directors to track team sales, activities, and leads, transitioning from spreadsheet management.
- Developed a user-friendly platform for students to complete training, track sales, check leaderboards, and manage leads.
CREATIVE DIRECTION + PRODUCTION
UI/UX and Product Design:
- Designed a scalable platform to empower student designers, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Replaced the internal production tool, Printavo, with a custom-built solution tailored to the unique needs of Campus Ink.
CLIENT RELATIONS
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintained open communication with the Campus Ink leadership team, students, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provided regular updates and gathered feedback to refine the platform and ensure it met the evolving needs of users.
Training and Onboarding:
- Developed a comprehensive training curriculum and onboarding process for new student designers.
- Created instructional videos, courses, and assignments to facilitate learning and skill development.
